“I have spent almost 41 years in the corporate world of which 28 years have been in senior managerial positions. The last 13 years I have spent at the helm of municipalities, as the Chief Executive Officer or lately known as the Municipal Manager or Accounting Officer.

I have a passion for working with people and because of that conflict resolution was one of my primary tasks. Over these years I have built up a strong resume involving interpersonal skills, the ability to listen carefully to all parties and adhering to the Rules of Natural Justice. I have worked under extreme stressful conditions as the Accounting Officer and that has been me the edge when it comes to dispute resolution. I ascribe to the basic principles of ethics, integrity, ubuntu and honesty as contained in Bill of Rights.”
