Douglas Duncan

Douglas Duncan has been an admitted Advocate since 25th May 2018 and is a memberof the National Bar Council of South Africa (NBCSA), he has recently converted topracticing Advocate. He is the Director of It Is Finished Inc. which specialises in Legal(Tax and Customs) – Forensic – Investigation & Consultancy. Previous experienceincludes the South African Police Service, National Prosecuting Authority and untilrecently was an South African Revenue Service Investigator that dealt with Tax andCustoms Matter and dealt with labour issues. Douglas is a Certified Fraud Examiner(CFE) and has completed the ADR Network SA Program in Mediation including CourtAnnexed Mediation.
