Mr N.E Nkosi

Mr. Nkosi is a seasoned Legal Practitioner with High Court appearance rights, admitted in 1993 and in private practice (in his own account) since 1999. He has served as a Small Claims Commissioner since 1999 and intermittently acted as a Judge in the Johannesburg High Court and the Pretoria High Court from 2016 to 2024. He is also a member of the Legal Practice Council Committee. Mr. Nkosi has extensive experience in Road Accident Fund claims, civil and commercial litigation.
