Noa Kinstler
Noa is a senior Director and founder of Kinstler Inc Attorneys. She has more than 24 years of experience in the legal services industry specialising in High Court litigation, Banking law and foreclosures, Commercial litigation, all aspects of Property Law and conveyancing, Evictions and Tenant law.
Noa started her legal career as a candidate attorney with Olivier & Malan Attorneys where she continued as a professional assistant after admission in June 2003 as an attorney in the Transvaal Provincial Division as it was known then.
After being admitted she obtained a LLM in International Law (cum laude), as well as completing her AIPSA insolvency law diploma.
In September 2003 Noa wrote the Conveyancing Examination and passed on her first attempt (along with only 15% of the candidates) and was admitted as a conveyancer in the Transvaal Provincial Division as it was known then in January 2004.
In April 2004, at the young age of 26 Noa ventured out and opened her own and very successful practice Noa Kinstler Attorneys.
Recently due to the shift from litigation to mediation Noa completed and obtained Certification in Civil Mediation through Legal Education & Development of the Law Society of South Africa accredited by the Dispute Settlement Accreditation Council
Noa has a sound knowledge of the law. She advises and undertakes litigation for a number of large companies.
Noa has undertaken litigation in all spheres of the law and specialise in both civil and commercial litigation and conveyancing. Noa has litigated in the High Court and the Supreme Court of Appeals on countless commercial matters involving foreclosures, sales in executions, evictions and rental claims and the like. She is a proud property law specialists.
Noa has an in-depth knowledge of the workings and intricacies of the recovery aspect within financial environments and an excellent grasp of the actions necessary to ensure expedient service to her clients.
She further acts as our in-house conveyancer
