Tsholofelo Ramokgaba

Mrs Tsholofelo Gonese is an experienced attorney with over 14 years practice in civil and criminal litigation, as well as corporate governance and regulatory affairs. She currently serves as the Director and Head of the Litigation, Policy, Research and Business Development, Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Departments at Ramokgaba Gonese Attorneys Inc.

In addition to her LLB degree from UNISA, a Corporate Governance Certificate from the Institute of Directors South Africa, and a Certificate in Judicial Enforcement of Socio-Economic Rights from the University of Pretoria, Mrs Gonese is also an accredited mediator with the Dispute Settlement Accreditation Council. She is skilled in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) across various areas in civil law, including Road Accident Fund, medical negligence, property, labour, and family law.

Her professional experience includes contributing to drafting national legislation within the Department of Trade and Industry. She is committed to providing effective, strategic, and client-focused solutions in both litigation and mediation.
