Advocate Miluska Coetzee is an accredited mediator and Advocate of the High Court of South Africa, holding a BA in Law with Psychology and an LLB. With more than 20 years of professional experience spanning legal practice, banking, advocacy and judicial service, she has served as both an attorney and private banker, and more recently as an Acting Judge in the Labour Court and the High Court, Gauteng Division. Her experience encompasses commercial, contractual, property, insolvency, family, constitutional and human-rights disputes, including complex matters involving communities, vulnerable occupiers and state institutions. She serves on the Bar Council and Board of the Tshwane Society of Advocates and is committed to empowerment and access to justice.
