Sandile started his career as a corporate counsel and has headed legal services and company secretariat divisions of several state-owned entities and companies. He has extensive experience in several areas of the law.

His practice focuses on Corporate Law & Governance; Commercial law; Delict & damages; Constitutional & Administrative Law; and Local Government Law. He handles litigation in the divisions of the High Court; Magistrates’ Courts; Labour Court; Tribunals and CCMA and has acted for corporate clients and individuals.

He also officiates as the chairman and initiator in disciplinary hearings.
