Adv. Sanet Kroep

Adv S Kroep is a junior advocate and member of the Pretoria Society of Advocates since 2020. Prior to being called to the Bar, Adv Kroep obtained a LLB degree from the University of Pretoria and after completing two years of articles, she was admitted as an attorney in February 2009. Adv Kroep worked in the insurance industry as a legal advisor from January 2009 until April 2013, whereafter she practised as an attorney for more than 6 years before being called to the Bar. She was admitted as an advocate in April 2020. Since she started practising at the Pretoria Society of Advocates in October 2020, her practice has comprised of all types of civil litigation and mainly in the fields of administrative law, law of contract, insurance law, commercial law, family law and matters relating to immigration and the Road Accident Fund. Adv Kroep regularly appears in the High Courts and Magistrates’ Courts.
