Asmitha Mothilal Links is an admitted attorney with more than ten years of experience in the legal profession. Having completed her articles at Messrs. Hack, Stupel & Ross Attorneys in 2014, she joined Messrs. Velile Tinto & Associates Inc. from 2014 to 2017 as an admitted Attorney.

Since 2017 she has been practicing for her own account under the name and style of A Mothilal Attorneys Inc. situated in Clubview, Centurion.

Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in foreclosures, general and commercial litigation, insolvency and business rescue practice litigation, Forensic investigations, contracts, collections and recoveries among other areas.

Having a keen interest in mediation, she duly completed a training Course in Civil mediation with the Law Society of South Africa.

In line with her pursuit of continuous education and skills in the legal field, she has also completed courses in Deceased Estates, Construction Contracts, Advanced Business Rescue Practice and Mergers and Acquisitions.

She is currently studying towards her notary and conveyancing examinations.
