Dian Serfontein

I am an admitted attorney with extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, having appeared in both the Magistrates’ Courts and High Courts of South Africa. My practice includes advising and representing clients across a broad range of commercial, contractual and civil disputes.

In addition to my litigation practice, I act in an advisory capacity to prominent sports stadiums and professional sporting teams on various commercial, contractual and governance matters. I also serve as a Commissioner of the Small Claims Court.

I have furthered my professional qualifications through an Advanced Certificate in Corporate Law. My combination of litigation, commercial advisory and dispute-resolution experience enables me to approach mediation with a practical, commercially minded and solution-oriented perspective.
