Leon Scott

Leon obtained a B.Proc degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and was admitted as an attorney in 2000.

Leon is an expert in personal injury law and general litigation and enjoys an extensive reputation nationwide for the delivery of quality and competent legal representation for victims of personal injury matters.

As an expert in his field he specializes across all fields of personal injury law, which include, inter alia, claims for damages against the Road Accident Fund following motor vehicle accidents, slip and trip matters, dog bites, unlawful arrest and detention and medical negligence claims against the State, to name but a few.

With over 30 years experience in personal injury litigation Leon and his team have successfully represented thousands of clients with damages claims. Leon promptly and aggressively pursues justice on behalf of clients and his knowledge and litigation experience is complimented by compassion and resolve to ensure the best possible results for his clients.
