Mandy Joubert

An experienced practicing advocate since 2009 and had been a member of the Pretoria Society of Advocates since 2009 until 2024. I had been actively involved in the training committee at the Pretoria Bar. I have been appointed as a curator ad litem in a number of cases. In 2015 I had completed the arbitration course presented by AFSA (Arbitration Foundation of South Africa). In February 2020 I had attended the training course in International Arbitration presented by MARC (Mauritius Chamber of Commerce and Industry Arbitration and Mediation Center) together with MCIA (Mumbai Center for International Arbitration). In August 2020 I had successfully completed the mediation course presented by MiM together with UCT.
