Martin de Bruiyn is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Duality Dynamics Pty Ltd and a developing legal practitioner with a focus on commercial, personal injury, and insurance mediation.

With a background in operations, business leadership, and coaching, he brings a structured and outcome-driven approach to dispute resolution, shaped by real-world experience managing people, systems, and performance under pressure. His work has provided him with a nuanced understanding of team dynamics, communication breakdowns, and the underlying drivers of conflict within both corporate and entrepreneurial environments.

Driven by a strong passion for justice and fair process, Martin is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). He approaches mediation with a focus on clarity, accountability, and sustainable resolution, integrating emotional intelligence with practical, results-oriented strategies.
