Thabile Mokoena
Thabile Mokoena is a dedicated legal professional with a strong academic foundation and practical expertise across multiple areas of South African law. She completed her LL.B (Bachelor of Law) at the University of Pretoria between 2013 and 2016, successfully passing all prescribed modules and establishing a solid grounding in legal principles, interpretation, and application.
In 2017, Thabile further advanced her practical capabilities through the Practical Legal Training Programme offered by Legal Education and Development (LEAD). Over the period of January to July 2017, she completed comprehensive training that covered Attorney’s Bookkeeping, Drafting of Contracts, Commercial Litigation, Constitutional Practice, Criminal Court Practice, Introduction to Conveyancing, Legal Management, Legal Costs, Magistrates’ Court Practice, High Court Practice, Matrimonial and Divorce Matters, Personal Injury Claims, Professional Conduct, Wills and Estates, and Numeracy Skills.
Thabile then obtained her Practical Examination for Attorneys, successfully passing Court Procedures and Wills & Estates on 23 November 2017.
