Personal Injury, Medical Negligence and Road Accidents
This is a three month certificate program.
It can be fast tracked over two weeks. Online program start sessions run from 9am-1pm on allocated days unless otherwise arranged. Afternoon sessions are 2pm to 6pm unless otherwise arranged. These programs take place via online lectures, assignment assessments and all material is provided with certain aspects requiring research.
Trainees need to download zoom and have access to WIFI.

2: Medical Negligence and a justice of restoration
-role players
-acknowledgment of harm, apology and reparations or restoration
-diversions from criminal/civil justice
3: Road Accidents
-RAF overview
-legislation
-All you need to know guide
-SAMLA mediation protocol in RAF mediation
4. Observation of RAF roleplays, completion of observer reports and protocol reports. 8 hours of role plays co-mediated by Dr Herman Edeling and Sheena Jonker with Advocacy by Advocates Goodenough, Dutton and Mokapi. Each trainer brings a wealth of Experience.
Course Structure
The five day program results in certification in general mediation.
Cost
Course fee is R 5 000 or R 3 250 for panellists
