Environmental disputes sit at the intersection of law, human rights, development, policy, land use, and sustainability. This advanced mediation programme explores how ADR can be used to navigate these highly sensitive and often deeply contested spaces.
 
We examine the 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵, while learning how to advocate for and implement 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 that create practical, sustainable outcomes for all stakeholders involved.
