𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁. 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀. 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲.
 
We have run an advanced program in Land Disputes for a number of years. Much of it has been rooted in experiential learning surrounding the work I have done using ADR processes in PIE matters, ESTA matters and what we have learned from assisting over 10 000 South African families in informal settlements gain access to land, housing and services through Mediated and Restorative Justice Dialogue Processes. We have demonstrated how powerfully Mediation can create win-win: for land occupiers, land owners and the state. We have demonstrated how our work also has the ability to aid the state fulfil its own constitutional imperatives in this.
 
This is deeply needed and also fulfilling work and the Land Court has recently appointed a number of our mediators to their panel which makes us really proud.
