Students must complete assignments in four Training Units and an oral assessment.

1. Introduction to Restorative Justice and Restorative Problem Solving 2. Restorative Justice Processes-victim/offender dialogue in criminal matters, family group conferencing in family matters, restorative circles, dialogue processes 3. Specific applications-schools, workplace and community 4. Restorative Justice and Personal Injury-Hate Crimes, Medical Negligence and Personal Injury generally

Trainees have twelve months to complete but the program may be fast tracked over 6 weeks or three months.
