Over six weeks, senior mediators, facilitators, lawyers, and peacebuilders are invited into a deeper way of holding conflict—beyond domination, beyond appeasement, beyond performative neutrality.
 
We draw from:
• Socratic inquiry: questions that disarm without humiliating
• Sun Tzu: art of war strategy without aggression
• Allegory & story: speaking where logic fails
• Shakespeare: emotional truth and moral complexity
• Restorative and spiritual traditions: justice that heals rather than punishes
