The Third-Way Advanced Program in Mediation
 
A six-week immersion in wisdom, strategy, story, and restorative practice
 
This is not a skills course.
This is formation.
 
Over six weeks, senior mediators, facilitators, lawyers, and peacebuilders are invited into a deeper way of holding conflict—beyond domination, beyond appeasement, beyond performative neutrality.
 
We draw from:
• Socratic inquiry: questions that disarm without humiliating
• Sun Tzu: art of war strategy without aggression
• Allegory & story: speaking where logic fails
• Shakespeare: emotional truth and moral complexity
• Restorative and spiritual traditions: justice that heals rather than punishes
 
This program is for those who:
• Work in high-conflict or values-based disputes
• Feel the limits of technique without wisdom
• Are ready to hold power without violence
• Want to become instruments of peace, not just brokers of settlement
