Adv. Ndlovukazi Sikhakhane

Advocate Ndlovukazi Sikhakhane was admitted to the Bar in 2001, and commenced practice in the same year. Prior to her legal career, she devoted herself to education, working as a teacher and cultivating a deep commitment to guiding and empowering others.


She holds a Bachelor of Education from Vista University, followed by a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of South Africa. Further enhancing her expertise, she completed a Master of Laws at the University of South Africa specialising in Tax and Labour Law.


An accredited mediator since 2019, Advocate Sikhakhane is adept at guiding parties towards amicable resolution in a variety of contexts, including family mediation and divorce matters. Her practice encompasses a broad spectrum of civil and criminal work: medical negligence claims, motor vehicle accident disputes, criminal law and appeals, correctional matters, and motion court proceedings. She also advises on labour-related issues, drawing on her advanced qualifications in labour law to represent both employers and employees with rigour and compassion.
